Managing Social Media Profiles

Using Meta Business Suite to manage content on Gallery Night’s Instagram and Facebook profiles. I generated social media captions that were consistent with brand voice and delivered a clear message about Gallery Night’s unique offerings to its target audience. Media was selected from archives of my own photos and videos captured during events or from a drive folder containing images sent in by organizations we collaborated with. The appeal of Gallery Night’s social profiles and overall outreach were greatly elevated, made evident by increases in follower count, sign-ups on Eventbrite, and website visitors.

Eventbrite Descriptions 

Writing concise yet compelling descriptions about each month’s lineup of partner art spaces to be posted on Eventbrite, driving audiences to sign up for an art tour in advance. These descriptions were also used in every program handed out as a reference for tour-goers.

Press Releases

Writing monthly press releases that highlighted the most fresh and relevant exhibits at our partner galleries around the city, showcasing the vibrant, diverse art scene in Providence and providing the media with a succinct understanding of the organization’s offerings to its audiences each month.

Grant Application/Report

Providing insight for the marketing segment of the organization’s grant applications and reports to the Providence Tourism Council, including an overview of marketing efforts in 2023, a comparison of year to year quantitative marketing goals, and setting new measurable goals for the coming year.

Mini Marketing Plan

Helping to facilitate direction in marketing and messaging for a Gallery Night fundraiser featuring the work of a local artist. This project, intended for use as a reference for organizational executives, articulates in clear and concise terms the story of Gallery Night, of the artist, the product, the target consumer, and the fundraiser’s purpose.
